dc.description.abstract | Reactive arthritis is a well-known sequel to both dysenteric and urethritic illnesses, classically occurring in combination with conjunctivitis, arthritis, and/or a variety of dermatologic conditions. Dacryoadenitis has not been previously described as part of the spectrum of reactive arthritis. The authors describe a case of biopsy-proven bilateral dacryoadenitis, which developed in the setting of chlamydial urethritis. | - |
