Abstract: Broadway, in conjunction with the National Centre for Social Research and supported by the DCLG, conducted a longitudinal analysis of data from CHAIN. This report provides extensive analysis of data collected about rough sleeping in London since that late 1990s, exploring the backgrounds and experiences of rough sleepers (nationality, ethnicity, age, substance use, mental health) and the effectiveness of routes off the street.
